Aimee Carter is a native of Montgomery, Alabama. Mrs. Carter serves as the Chief Administrator and co-founder of Dove Physical Therapy, LLC. Mrs. Carter is a proud alumnus of the historic Sidney Lanier High School. As a senior, she earned the highest distinctions: valedictorian and DAR Good Citizens Award. While attending Sidney Lanier, a Herff Jones representative appointed her to the leadership role as Managing Editor of the "Oracle" staff; and later, she assumed the role as Editor-in-Chief. One of her fondest memories was having the opportunity to meet and shadow Former Governor of Alabama Don Siegelman along with receiving a personalized, private tour of the Alabama State Capitol and the Alabama State House Chambers. Thereafter, she graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Business Administration from Alabama State University. While earning her Bachelor of Science degree at Alabama State University, she worked as an accounting intern at Hudson Penn, P.C., an accounting firm based in Montgomery and Birmingham, Alabama. As a member of Alabama State University's Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, she helped organize a community-wide, fundraising event. In addition, as a member of the American Society for Quality, she earned the Certificate of Completion of the ASQ's Foundations in Quality Self-Directed Learning Program for Quality 101. She was also personally appointed co-chairman of the Dean's Student Advisory Counsel by Dean Vaughn of the College of Business Administration to provide insight or opinions about the College of Business Administration's activities, functions, and organization.

Prior to establishing Dove Physical Therapy, LLC, Mrs. Carter continued to stay abreast in her profession through the tax seasons and on-line education while parenting seven beautiful children. She is proficient in software applications, programming languages, and operating systems. She is the designer of Dove Physical Therapy, LLC's website, Dove image, and its concept for the physical therapy clinic. In addition, Mrs. Carter serves in many instrumental capacities for Dove Physical Therapy, LLC. Under her leadership, Dove Physical Therapy, LLC is a proud sponsor in education.  On a personal note, Mrs. Carter has sincerely supported various charitable organizations and volunteered her time at several schools over the years. She is also a full-time learning coach to her school-aged children. As Team Mom of Upward Sports' and YMCA's teams, she coordinated parental involvement to facilitate effective means of communication to support the teams' needs. She has even participated in the Leukemia Fundraising Project to promote leukemia awareness by organizing a street-wide community fundraiser as well as in the Step Out Walk with the American Diabetes Association and in the Relay for Life Walk with the American Cancer Society.
